We are committed to excellence which honours God and inspires people. Staffing, Admin and Communications are some of the most essential and yet often most unseen parts of healthy and effective church life. When these things work we hardly notice and when they don't well, it's a challenge!!

Julie is active in liaising with many individuals and groups within the church, elders, deacons and staff in joining-up-the-dots to ensure that good practice happens and we achieve under God all the things that He has purposed for us to be and to do.
