We believe that Eldership is the biblically mandated model of church leadership. As Spiritual Overseers of the Church Family the Elders have God given responsibility and authority.
The Elders work together as a team, ultimately answerable to Jesus as well as being publicly accountable to the church. Elders have oversight and responsibility for doctrine, direction, duty of care and where necessary discipline in the goal of and the spiritual oversight of the whole church family.
