Kate has learned through facing some hard trials and challenges that prayer works. Having been brought to places far beyond her own ability to cope she has found that peace in the midst of the storm can be found with Jesus. Not a removal of the trial always but peace and being held by God in the midst of it. She fell into her work life as a hairdresser (yet does have a brain!), and is finding increasingly that God is invading her work life. She works part time for a great boss at Spargo Hairdressing and also works for herself. She really enjoys her work as she gets to meet and have great chats with all sorts of people, be creative, and get paid for it!

Knowing that prayer is vital for ongoing faith growth and can be really exciting, is what spurs Kate on to encourage others to deepen their prayer lives; to get out of trudging along in faith and to get into the adventure of it. She is passionate about seeing all believers get hold of who we really are as children of God and followers of Jesus, and encouraging believers to get hold of and use what God has given us. Kate will pray for anyone at any time because she believes that God wants to meet with people.
